When is Fast Pool open?

The pool follows the Stacks PoX cycle. Each cycle has two earning periods, and the prepare phase blocks any stake transaction at the end of earning period 2. Use the chart below to see which one we're currently in. The highlighted slice shows the current position within the cycle.
